    Adrian Cojocaru
    GFM Board Member

    Adrian Cojocaru’s career spans over 25 years of various HR roles and reflects a diverse experience base acquired across various industries, geographies and organisational set-ups. Adrian was the Managing Director in charge of the Human Resources function at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London and previously he held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at OC Oerlikon, a major Swiss global industrial group.

    Originally trained as a product and industrial designer, before becoming a successful entrepreneur and the CEO of an award-winning design group. He is now recognised globally as a thought leader on strategic innovation and creating innovative organisations.

    GFM Board Member & Trustee

    Worked in School Leadership for 20 years, 16 of these as a senior leader in Gosport, including building partnerships with other schools and agencies concerned with supporting young people and their families. Having retired from this role in 2014, now offering Consultancy services focussed on supporting, developing and building leadership capacity as well as experience in Safeguarding practices.

    Principal and Chief Executive of Fareham College, also serving on the Board of Fareham College Corporation, a member of all Corporation Committees, the Solent Local Enterprise Partnership’s Marine and Maritime Steering Group, the Hampshire Principal’s Group, the Portsmouth post-16 Forum and the Fareham Senior Leadership Forum.

    Registered Nurse, MSc Professional and Policy Studies. Ruth most recently worked as the Director of Nursing for NHS England,Wessex and latterly Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Thames Valley. In this capacity she led the quality team, and worked with commissioners and providers of health care to ensure and support improvement and strategic planning for quality care. Her responsibilities included ensuring that patient experience and NHS safeguarding duties were met across Wessex and Hampshire and Thames Valley.

    Jean Morgan

    Chair of Governors at a local Junior School and has a working background in medical research. She has 30 years of local volunteering experience in Gosport with 20 years experience in school governance (primary and secondary).

  • Kirsty Robertson
    Kirsty Robertson

    Gosport and Fareham Services Manager for Motiv8 South Ltd – Local Voluntary Organisation supporting young people and their families. 17 years’ youth work experience in a variety of settings including education, POST 16 and voluntary sector. Chair of the Gosport Local Children’s Partnership.

    Has worked in the aerospace industry twenty five years, initially in engineering roles and latterly heading up business acquisition teams. A member of Gomer Governing Body and then Chair, has contributed to ensuring that learners have every opportunity to achieve their potential in the broadest sense. As well being chair, Paul sits on the Finance Management and Resources Committee.

    Executive Head Teacher based at Gomer Junior School having worked in education since the year 2000, teaching in a variety of settings ranging from nursery through to secondary. Primary practice is being cascaded across the GFM with a focus on the TES award winning gSTEM as a catalyst for cross-MAT working. Primary GFM practice has a clear focus on a balanced and broad curriculum rich with opportunity.

    Ian is the Chief Executive of the Gosport and Fareham Multi-Academy Trust. The GFM is the first local Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in Hampshire. Prior to its formation in 2017, he was the Headteacher of Bay House School during which time all five Ofsted inspections judged the leadership to be outstanding.

    Head Teacher of LWS Academy, the only local special school for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Has worked in secondary education for 18 years and as a leader in special education for the past 11. Throughout his career there has been a focus on developing and improving systems to better and further positive outcomes for the most disadvantaged learners in the education system.

    Executive Finance Director of the Gosport & Fareham MAT. As a Chartered Accountant and Business Advisor, has a career across various private and public sector roles supporting capacity building and financial and business development. Has worked at senior level within the voluntary sector for the last 15 years focusing on building sustainable community enterprises through strategic planning, business health and resilience.
